Is anyone else seeing this? It is a consistent issue with me.

At about 5-10 seconds into a call (either outgoing or incoming), my transmissions are muffled for about 10 seconds. Thereafter, I have occasional intermittent similar problems. I can always hear the other party perfectly; they just can't hear me.

It happens with either the built-in mic or the corded headset or bluetooth.

who's your carrier? t-mo or at&t ? what's your signal like? (you can go in the settings>about phone> status and see the signal strength...

something doesn't sound right...
TMO

I am about 1/2 mi from a tower and showing -99db, but I am usually upstairs with a near line-of-sight to the tower (through a window) so I probably have better than that typically.

-99db isn't that great of a signal strength actually... a good signal will be in the 60-70 range, at least that's what I'm getting...

i've been at friend's places where my signal inside their house was quite poor... seems like brick houses usually the signal is poorer... walls too thick... 1700 doesn't have great penetration... although the europeans have 2100 so theirs has to be even worse... ??

in any case, -99db is not very strong... so not surprising you are having signal issues...
