2)any chance of brick during OR after flashing new rom ?
3)(CONFUSIN POINT) what if i flashed a rom and it doesnt boot up, then i use nandroid,AFTER NANDROID it stucks on MT3G SCREEN?
4)which recovery is better and reliable amon ra or clockwork??

help!!!!!!

First of all, as you must have read before, nobody else is responsible for anything that you do to your phone. To your questions:
1) rom manager is a good application - the one I use on my Vibrant.
2 & 3) I thought I had bricked my Vibrant after installing the CyanogenMod 7 rom and then trying to use the nandroid backup to go back - the "go back" failed. I later found out that the cause is a repartitioning that CM7 does which kills any recovery other than a factory reset. I was able to d/l and flash back to the factory system due to lots more reading. I don't know how the mt3g works so I don't know if this option would be available to you.
4) rom manager comes with clockwork recovery. I've created a new system backup but have not tried to restore from it so??? The situation I described earlier would not have mattered which recovery program I had.

Hope this helps.

I have only had to use Clockwork Recovery once. After CyanogenMod 7 install, I updated my radios, which practically bricked my phone (I have an Evo Shift. after the radios update, every time I started it, it would get stuck on the HTC splash screen.) I then used Clockwork recovery to restore the previous nandroid backup I made. Everything came back just fine and all is stable now.
