Nice nice. Thus looks epic. I'm going with a complete redesign of how I do bROM to hopefully minimize bugs!
Hows my kernel running on it?

I'm probably going to drop the ext2 version if the kernel because it isn't really much better than the ext3 one and its buggy when flashing stuff in recovery for me at least!

runs great on it! :D un-overclocked it is fast, then when OC'ed its even faster!!! it gets a nice 2308 in quadrant while at 1.5ghz, noop io, and performance gov :p

looks cool. i assume the HDMI out works?

also, why do the instructions say wipe cache and dalvik then flash? is this meant to replace parts of the stock rom or bRom? rather than be an entire rom on its own.

If i were to wipe system as well as everything else and flash this, would it boot or not.

yup hdmi works :D cause its a froyo rom... and wiping cache and dalvik cache are just extra instructions so that no matter what, users wont have problems with it. and as for wiping /system, the rom does that for you through the updater-script.

few questions. even if I were to flash this myself and find out the answers, possibleysome of these questions other people have as well and it might be good to have it in the thread.

1. Is it possible to get the notification shade toggle widgets in? I havent seen that on a froyo rom before, but would be awesome. and I definately use that feature the most.

2. does it have Auto brightness? and is it as smooth as MIUI, where when you turn on the phone its dim and very smoothly glides to a comfortable brightness. that is almost the only reason Im still on MIUI right now. CM7 doesnt do that and although its not the most important feature, its a big usability issue and I switched from cm7 back to miui because of it. that cant be JUST me

3. how is the ram usage? CM7 is great, MIUI seems to fill to max and is slow to clear it on its own, making the phone lag until I force close some stuff.

4. do the bugs from the stock rom exist here? 3g flip flopping, screen flicker? I have never used the stock rom as a daily rom, but i remember the day i bought my phone and turned it on to swap my account from the OV it was doing that stuff, then moved to cm7 and havent seen it again.

as much as I feel like a noob for asking (becuase i usually answer questions) Id rather ask now then take the time to flash and find out firsthand. besides it might help others in the same position to read this in the thread before they try it too.

1. i'll see if i can add this

2. yes auto brightness works smoothly imo

3. ram usage is great if i close my running apps i can have up to 250 mb free ram one of my favorite features is in settings>manage applications it tells you what apps are running and lets you close them something i haven't seen on cm7 or miui

4. the screen flicker is still present im looking into fixing it so far i believe its a software issue

5.to answer other questions thunder.prop should work fine with this rom, games play amazingly smooth and lag free i play asphalt 6 with the hdmi connected :D, also i will look into adding the notification toggles and dsp manager

Thunder.prop is not working with from. Tried multiple times it isn't sticking. I used the vanilla 2.2 thunder.prop. love the from though. But until we get a working thunder prop its useless to me. Amazing work guys keep it up

yeah i didn't try this but i kinda thought it might not work i heard b_kernel and thunder.prop don't get along maybe b_kernel or Thunder.prop will get updated to work together depends on them
