The current firmware on my Galaxy POP (GT-S5570) is
PDA:KC1 / PHONE:KC1 / CSC KCI (INU).

When connected to KIES it shows a latest firmware is available
PDA:KQ7 / PHONE:KQ7 / CSC KQ6 (INU).

When I click the upgrade button a window pops out and the firmware starts downloading and it continues till 100% and then the window automatically goes.

But there is no change on my phone and the message New Firmware is available is still there on KIES. I have tried it several times but it just is'nt upgrading.

I can't figure out why it is? Cannot any one help me out?

Thanks

If you have such problems when upgrading via Kies then simply just upgrade to GB 2.3.6 manually.... It's simple with the help of this step by step tutorial article...
