Help 4 days and still can't change firmware

I spent 4 days folling every tut and youtube video trying to change this tab's firm ware. I've tried tims, uberoid,ekion. It just keeps loading the orginal os and skips the sd card. Here are my specs. Can you please help.

None of those ROMs are for your pad. There are many versions of the Flytouch 3 and only a couple have custom ROMs available DISCO10 or P041 are the only two I know that have them.

Your best bet is to try to root it using Gingerbreak, or z4root. Then ate least you can do some customization of your own, and tweak it a little.

I'm sorry can you post a link to them please on how and where to get the stuff. I installed a factory firmware someone told me it would work and not it just sits on a splash screen after any ideas? thanks can you also tell me how you know what type it was from what information?

You can Google those names, they are just root applications you install and run, but first you need to get a copy of a good working factory firmware. You need to contact your reseller for a link. Do not tell them you flashed any firmware, just tell them it is stuck on that screen and using the reset pin doesn't work.

When it comes to stock roms, never flash one that "somebody" says works, unless more than one person verifies it or they can prove it, particularly when you have a tablet that is not one of the more common tablets.

No you need to get the firmware from the reseller. Who did you buy this from?

If yours is a clone, no guarantee it will work but worth a try.

Please if you don't know what you are doing don't offer advice. These tablets have completely different specs. If by any chance the firmware held he would have a nice bricked tablet, so no it is not worth a try.

The most important bit is the model number....model 10 in your case.

Also we can see that it has an ARM11 cpu, most probably a Infotm X220 which makes it a Flytouch 3 and not a Flytouch 5 or 6 which have ARM A8 Cortex cpu's.
(which means Rabid1 is right..the iBex Flytouch 5 firmware won't work in your tablet)

Contact the seller for a link to the original firmware.

THanks Dart I was able to find a website that had factory firmware I waiting to dl it to make sure it's correct from what I can tell it covers all the tabs made over seas. place called Pandawill forum
