Help Print options

thats what I use now, cloud print. I am trying out the free version with ads but so far so good. As an added benefit I can now also print from my Droid Bionic too. I think the full on version without ads is 2.99 or so. I think I'll buy it.
I had to download Google Chrome (on the PC) and enable Google Cloud Print.
It works!

Did you read the instructions? It's kind of funny but you click on "share" from within an app, then you share your document with cloud print. Different apps do things differently so it's not all the same, not very intuitive. Sometimes you have to send it, not share it, without even opening it. Kind of klunky but once you figure it out it works.

Heres what I see. While looking at this page I pressed the menu button at the bottom, then share. To print this page I would press cloud print.

well my menu is on the top, but same thing. I woulld post a screen cap but i honestly dont know how. It asked for a url and my pic is on the tab.

But when i hit share then cloud it askes what format. Pdf normal pdf newspaper direct print or download and print. None of them work. The direct print opens cloud printer and shows 3 dots. Nothing else. The pdf's fail. And download and print fails as well. I did print a xls sheet. Of course all 47 pages printed due to not being able to highlight and print, thats another story.

Im thinking 3.2 may be the issue. I am at a loss.

Photobucket.

But something's different.
When I press cloud print it asks me if I want to print the web page or just text.
Maybe you should look at the pc end, make sure chrome is running, in the background, and your printer and eveything is ok.
I wish I could be of more help. I've had my tab since Christmas.

Yes.

I tried it. I saw the three dots. I chose direct print.
Hit the down arrow in the lower left corner of the screen to get rid of the keyboard then you can see the buttons at the bottom. Hit print. Then print again. I swear you have to press about 5 or 6 buttons to print a page. Its not easy thats for sure.
I'm starting to go through windows withdrawals. Haha

Haha my bad.I finally went and looked at what I was printing.
At first I thought the printer was spitting out blank pages.
Looking closer, guess what it was printing. 3 dots. Haha I typed something in front of the dots and it printed out.
I ended up on the last option, download then print. Make sure you choose the right printer and setup.
I fell for that one already. This is really way harder than it needs to be.
