Sounds cool, will check it out but.... How much does it cost after 30 days? I'm always leery of marketing pitches that conveniently leave out this information.

Hi alostpacket,

Actually, the price is listed when you click thru to the details page. Didn't want to publish it here as it may change in the future but anyway, since you asked, the full version costs $9.95.

hi Bubu,

What you are seeing is by design. If the current month is Feb, Last 6 months will be Jan, Dec, Nov, Oct, Sep and Aug.

We are still deliberating whether to include current month or current day in all the Last X day/month reports.

It doesn't sync with quicken but it does allow you to export to a .csv then you can import that into quicken. I've also tried cashew and by far like Easymoney. When my trial is up I'm definitely going to purchase. Add quicken sync and I'd buy it all over again if needed! Would be awesome but I don't think it's a real simple deal.

I've download the trial version, but can't use the REPEAT function.

I made a transaction on Feb. 11, and wanted to repeat 11 times per month, just on Mar.11, Apr.11...till Jan.11/2011. But it just repeat the first one on Mar.11.

How do I set the option? or it will fixed automatically in full version?

Besides, if account could have different types like asset, liability or credit card, the app will be better.

As I said in the Cashew app thread, Quicken is the desktop app of choice to sync with but I am sure you can find others that do what Quicken does to sync with Moneydance is a good example.

You make your app sync with a desktop application that is fully functional and you will be bombarded with people buying your app.

I just tried the program. I love the visual. It is very nice to look at, while being sober.

I would like to see different type of accounts, like credit card, credit line, etc. This is the one thing that keeps me from using the program.

I will follow it's progress, and try it again when thos changes are implementet.

Keep up the good work. I feel this will be a great program!

We will be looking into syncing with Quicken. For now, it appears rather complicated to do a full sync. We will probably start off with a QIF export first.

Thanks for all the feedback guys!

I like this, but I'm trying to come over from a fuller-fledged (and 8-year-old) Palm program called Ultimate Checkbook. Some things I'd like to see here that would make it more productive:

- Categories & subcategories (ie: Automotive top category with subs of gas, maintenance, etc.) with reporting options for each.
- Split transactions (part of my grocery debit transaction goes to Categories: Household/Grocery, part is a cashback transfer to Cash Account) instead of cobbing two transactions
- Being able to change the transaction order in accounts; I want to see latest at the top, plus a non-visible timestamp on the back end would keep accounts more orderly.
- Ability to hide certain accounts from my Accounts Overview screen (ie: I have investment accounts I'd like to track, but not look at in a solvency overview).
- Specific reconciliation; isolating those not cleared and making it easy to check a heavy account load (all I find is mass, which is weird).
- Better budgeting system built into categories (and subcategories) with reporting.
- Repeat transactions (ie: I start typing Publix and it auto-fills Grocery category and perhaps even last transaction amount/notes for easier repeats).
- More accurate Accounts Overview balance; sometimes it doesn't reflect today's dated transactions, even though the account itself does. Really weird.

I'm still using my Palm app and testing this and Cashew. In order to invest in this app, I'd like to feel a bit more solid when I'm using it.

Hi Hemorrdrhoid,

Thank you for such a detailed feedback. We are already working on some of the suggested improvements and hope to bring them in as soon as possible.

Agree with you that the Accounts Overview page needs some overhaul. The screen have not changed much after 50 updates :)

Is there any plans to allow syncing between devices? Ideally my wife and I need to be looking at the same budget.

Hi bluenova,

I like the ideal of syncing between devices too. Me and my wife will like to look/edt the same budget as well. However, this feature is actually quite technically challenging so it will be some time before we can actually do this properly.
