Help Help please!!

I was doing a software upgrade on my LG Optimus MS690 and now the phone is stuck on the upgrade page. I tried the hard reset. nothing . Now the only time the page even shows is when it is plugged in. Any suggestins would help. I just bought this used on eBay and it worked great till I did that!!

i think theres a thread in the all things root section on using lgpst and updating it to 2.2.2 from brick and then from there you can downgrade back to 2.2.1 so you can root.

Strange, well I've answered this like twice already; something similar happened on mine. h4x0rj3ff and macjay420 are right, using the thread to downgrade back will get your phone out from being stuck and back to being able to be upgraded again. My problem was with the internet connection, so make sure you have a strong connection and try not to allow your computer to fall asleep while you're downloading the files. Also, with any large file you download off of this forum, if you see a long stream of numbers and letters near the link, that's a check sum, they use them to make sure that the file you download is an exact copy of the original. Try to check it every time you download and that will save a lot of time and prevent some errors on your phone. I hope that helps, have a nice day.
