I got this tablet a week ago and have started having problems

the problems with this are

1. the default browser doesn't load images, yes I checked load images in the menu.

2. i installed dolphin hd, firefox, skyfire and opera.
2.1. when I open facebook via dolphin the images don't load
2.2. opera only opens mobile website for facebook so the picture quality is shoddy and when I try to zoom it the picture becomes worse
2.3. firefox doesn't even start properly
2.4 skyfire also doesn't load images

3. the facebook for android doesn't load images

4. can't play .mkv files

don't feel very happy about these things. Feels like I have made a mistake in buying this tablet, please help me out so that i actually feel happy of the purchase :(

please any help would be appreciated

1. The facebook problem seems to be on their side, not your tablet only. For some of my Facebook contacts, images won't load as wel whether by app or browser. Some of my other contacts pictures' load though.

2. Can't play mkv files - pretty normal, you will encounter this in ALL android tablets, basically because the Samsung player actually supports the most formats among all stock players. To play an mkv file on an Android tablet you'd need to download a player that supports the format (like Windows, its not like you use WMP, you use VLC or whatever). I'd suggest getting MoboPlayer or RockPlayer from the Android Market, try if it plays mkv files.
