Help IN2 flashed to cricket complete. Please help get root and remove bloat

I just flashed a verizon htc incredible II to cricket service. Everthing seems to be working fine but now Id like to atleast get root and remove all the verizon crap and other bloatware I don't want.

Can anyone point be in the right direction?
Its on 2.3.4

Here ya go. Good luck and congrats on flashing your phone to Cricket. I did the same thing with my DInc2 on the 24th

When I get to the part where it says; fastboot flash zip RUU_Vivo_.......Sending 'zip' (292817 KB) how long does this part take?

n/m. used my laptop with XP and it went perfect. Except not when I get an incoming call it goes straight to voicemail
