newbie that's getting angry

what's up I'm Garrett and i have a pretty beat up LG Optimus S running 2.3.3 ls670zvh and i have been looking for about a month on how to root my phone without a computer. And I've had no luck on multiple forums, and it's really pissing me off! I've tried z4root gingerbreak 1.1 1.2 and 1.3 and none worked. Being a noob makes it harder so if you could give me a step by step method or possibly a video it would really help
