Help Cannot find Market downloads on Razr

I have a friend who has a Motorola Razr and I download several apps for her and I cannot find the icons for the apps anywhere on her phone. They are not in the app draw and they do not show up under downloaded either. I was going to put the icons on her home screen but cannot find them. However, when I go to manager apps I can see them. What's going on?

UPDATE: I can long press on her home screen and put them on that way, but they are still not showing up anywhere in the app drawing.

At the top of the app drawer screen there are some filters, I don't recall their names right now, but you want the one that shows all apps.

Also if you go into market on the device; and click setting there is an option for my apps; from here you could find the app (or at least open them).
