Separate Wall Charger for OEM Extended Battery that WORKS with Verizon LTE Verison Nexus???

Does anyone know of a separate charger that works with the stock extended battery?

I see several on ebay (from China), but if you read some of the feedback, several ppl have stated that it works for the GSM European Version ONLY, and does NOT work the Verizon LTE version.

Other than the oem charger/extra battery pack, is there another option to charge both stock and extended battery at the same time?

it clearly says it's for i9250. So I doubt it would work with LTE Gnex which is i515.
You should try to go to local Verizon store and ask them if they can give you spare battery charging kit for 50% off !

Because that would charge the battery when it was IN the phone. I believe the OP wants to charge the extended battery while using his/her standard battery.

i would not trust those chargers. I posted something wrong on other thread that saying using charger on a car is unstable.. (like unstable voltage, shock etc)
but i found the source of problem.. poorly built charger i bought from pepboys.

If it charges the standard battery, it should charge the extended battery. All the contacts are the same, so I don't see why it wouldn't work.

The one Samsung has on their site will charge both batteries (not at the same time).

But I suppose you are looking for a dock/battery charger which would charge both the phone and the spare battery, something like this...

While I couldn't find one that works for CDMA version, I'm sure they will be available soon...

Looks like the Verizon one has a Y adapter to charge both at the same time (and yes it does charge the extended battery)

I have read from someone who has the VZW/Samsung charger for the i515 that it will in fact charge the extended battery, you just can't close the door, and as stated, you cannot charge two at a time outside the phone with it.

And this is the route I always take with cell phones. That little jack isn't for charging the phone, it's for hackin', lol. But in reality, I get much better life by charging my batteries in a battery only charger outside the phone.

Thanks, but I am aware of all 3 options above, including the option from Verizon. However, I would prefer to avoid purchasing a third battery.

I just had hoped there was an aftermarket option to charge the oem extended battery separately. It appears there isn't one yet for the LTE Galaxy Nexus (without having to purchase another battery).

Well, I understand you not wanting to 'purchase' another battery, but when I ordered my A855 on release day, I believe paid $39.95 for an extra battery and the same or $29.95 for the charger, so for $39.95 for both, I think it's a deal.

It works with my regular and extended batteries but you might find a cheaper one on ebay eventually. I like that it is universal and, as long as the battery isn't too tall, it will work for other phone's batteries.

I have the spare charging kit works fine with both extended and and Standard Batteries. With the Extended you just cant close the door. But I have 4 batteries 1Standard that came with the phone 2 Extended that I bought during the 50% off sale and 1 Standard battery that came with the spare charging kit
