Block Unknown Numbers not in contacts

I have a Droid Charge and need to know how to block unknown numbers that are not in my contacts. Help?!

You can download an app called Mr. Number. It will give you several options as far as how the app blocks numbers, like pick-up and hang-up, or send straight to voicemail. It lets you enter specific numbers, area codes, and unknown/unavailable. It also keeps a log of what numbers called and how frequently. I use this app and I love it! Hope this helps.
