Being so late in the Incredibles life what does everyone recommend for a rom? I'm not extremely picky as long as everything is stable and HAS an app drawer (loved the look of MIUI but without app drawer it felt useless) Ive also tried virtuous and it was so buggy for me >.<

I've been running MIUI for a week now and I must say it Rocks! I know it took a while to get used to the "no app drawer" but I stuck a folder on my screen and dumped all my extra Apps in it. Its prob the smoothest Rom I've tried, everything just works, no FC's and some awesome tweaks. My inc feels like a brand new phone with awesome Battery life!

Another vote for MIUI. Besides being a great performing\stable ROM, what draws me to it is the customization capabilities. You can change just about everything if you know how to use a paint program. I've already created my own custom lockscreen with music controls and themed the phone and message apps more to my liking.

The only thing to be careful of with the MIUI ROM is if you are on a limited data plan. I don't know about the newest releases, but the version I use (1.11.something), the build.prop file has the wrong version number and my phone was constantly trying to download the latest OTA. A simple edit to the build.prop file will trick Veriozn\HTC into thinking you have the latest OTA and it won't try to constantly download the latest update causing a huge usage in data.

I thought OTAs didn't count against your data limit (of course I have unlimited data, so I dont know for sure since it doesn't apply to me).
I'm running mcsense and am liking it.

I thought so too, but on the MIUI Incredible forum some people with limited data plans said they got notices about reaching their data limits when they shouldn't have been close to it based on what they were doing. After some research, some of the guys discovered the whole build.prop thingy and that something was downloading in the background. Once these people changed the build.prop, the excessive data usage stopped.

I'm on unlimited data as well, but I just thought it was worth mentioning. Might not be the OTA that is the problem, but something was eating up their data until they made that change.
