Hello everyone I already posted before not sure how much you noticed my posts. All happy I upgraded to Nexus S from Symbian phone and I am amazed by Android. I have Gingerbread 2.3.4 so I decided to upgrade to 2.3.6 . On step 2 I found a problem because when I reboot my phone and hold power + dedicated volume button nothing happens it just powers up normally and asks for my PIN. What do I do to access that place?
Do I need to root my phone to install 2.3.6 or 4.0.3 ? I admit I am eager to see ICS. If I can why not?
When is Google publishing ICS fix for that buggy version currently available?
How come Galaxy S can't support ICS (according to Google, we have seen by ROMs that it can) yet Nexus can?
I am also looking for a more advanced video shooting app which will let me use different resolutions. I would like 640x360 or 720x400 widescreen resolutions not the default one.
TY in advance
