Help large calendar widget

I'm confused by what you need.

The option I referenced sets the mode to Month. Every time you open the application from that point on will display Month mode. When displayed an up or down swipe on the calendar will change the month displayed.

If that isn't what you want you could try the Android Market, search on calendar and pick one that you like.

Thom, OP mentions wanting a WIDGET to show a full month.

I wanted that too and the only option I have found is the one that is included as part of Launcher Pro (paid version).

When I'm running go launcher ex I use the go calendar widget you can download from the market which can be set to show the month. I also use the transparency theme which is pretty sweet. Or if you long press your screen and select widgets there's one called date and time which will show the full month. You can also adjust the size of it to your liking, that's if you're running stock motoblur.

I guess I was mumbling ...

This is the standard Calendar app found on all Bionics.

Load the Calendar app
Click on the icon in the upper left corner of the Calendar app (it has a little down pointing triangle under it)
Select Month
Select the Home button at the bottom of the screen

Now every time you load the Calender app it will open in the Month format.

When you reload the Bionic it will set the starting display option for the Calendar to whatever it was set to just before the reload.

Open the App menu (select the right most icon on the bottom of the screen shaped like a square with a box around it).
In the All apps section find Calendar
Hold the icon down until a menu appears and select Add to Home
Position the icon wherever you want it on the Home screen

Click th Calendar icon on your home and that loads the Calendar app

LOL..ok-Thom No disrespect I know you know more about this phone than I do,but I have figured out enough to root my Bionic(Rooted and running go-launcher)I know what the App menu icon looks like. What you are telling me to do Here puts the calendar icon on a home screen and when I tap the icon the Month calendar comes up-not what I want exactly by the way-I want the month calendar on the home screen(not the calendar icon)the size of the whole home screen.Again no disrespect. Thanks

Both Business Calendar as well as Jorte have widgets that can show either the whole month on a screen or an agenda... Both are customisable to some degree or other for what or how the info is presented.

I selected Jorte over Business Calendar simply because it had a look I liked slightly more than the other... I suspect either would suit most people that are looking for this type of util.
