Help Galaxy Nexus rebooting?

So my first Nexus had stuck/dead pixels, so I went in today and got another one. The box looked pretty beat up but i didn't think much of it. Within ten minutes of use, the whole screen "glitched?", almost like when you get no signal on a tv, but with colour. 2-3 seconds later, it rebooted. Within 1 hour, it rebooted 2 more times. Its been 3 hours since and it hasn't rebooted. I called up Samsung, they told me to do a hard/soft reset. I told them I'd already done that, they then told me to do a factory reset, and I informed them that i've done that between each reboot. They told me to go and exchange me Nexus once more...but I have a feeling those kiosk guys are gunna be resistant to exchange it for the third time as the phone probably won't reboot while i'm there. What should I do?

I would go in there and be more firm with the kiosk guys. Tell them the first Nexus you got had no issues with rebooting but had dead pixels. The second one you got had rebooting issues.

With that logic, you should tell the guys that you want a phone that is in good working condition. The Galaxy Nexus isn't a cheap phone and they should be able to help you out. I've seen some people exchange 5 Galaxy Nexuses on here because the "color was off when screen was dimmed," even though the phone was in pristine condition and was normal.
