wow that is crazy, I never seen that much from maps before.
did you change the cache settings? is it on cache on wifi only?

im trying to figure mine out now, im draining horribly on cell standby and phone idle. both are at around 48% and 44% since CM7 reloaded.

Maps is a cpu and battery hog... I personnaly haven't seen it that high on my battery stats, but it tends to run in the background even if you don't want to and using data/ looking for gps signal so it does tend to drain battery... But I would try uninstalling it and reinstall and see if that helps...

And @alaskn81 What is your signal? That sounds like you have no signal and its searching for a signal most of the time...

Cell standby and Phone Idle will be higher numbers usually. It is just the percentage of what you have use (like say you have used 7% of your battery, it would still say 48% & 44%). High numbers are not necessarily bad, unless your battery is draining really quick. It really means that all your other stuff is not using much of your batter overall, while the phones radio is the biggest draw. If your time without signal is big you might have an issue because your phone is wasting battery searching for a signal.

@tlopez1973 - How much of your battery was left in that screenshot? It says it has been off charge for 5 hours or so? and looks like you have over half left. If your battery isn't draining quick, then it isn't much of an issue.

My signal is actually good, but it varies. I'm here in Hawaii, so sometimes it just drops out or goes down to 1x too. but right now I'm at full bars 3G, just like most of the time.

I had this problem before before, I used a fix where I would go to the *#*#3646#*#* menu and change the connection, like "CDMA Auto (PRL)" or something like that on my LG Optimus V but not sure about this phone, I tried it today and I'll see if it helps me out here. It also says my TWS is 0%, just for some reason at idle and cell signal is killing my battery.

@Agentc13, My battery has been draining too quick compared to before, this is with normal use and both the idle and signal are draining my battery the past few days more then anything else every day.

How fast is your battery actually draining? And how often are you using it? Like agentc13 said they are going to be higher. Especially if your phone is in sleep mode (phone idle) or is looking for a signal... And you have such a variance in signal that may be why... The higher the signal the less the radio has to work which equals less battery drain the lower the signal the more the radio has to work which means higher battery drain... But if you battery isn't dropping more than a few percent every hour it shouldn't be too bad...

My Cell Standby is at 42%, Phone Idle at 29%, Display at 17%, and Wifi at 12%. The last two are higher than usual because of my usage. My battery drain has not been bad at all. I am just saying that those numbers being high will not necessarily be the cause of anything and is quite normal depending on the user.

It's not horrible, its just something I noticed lately and draining a lot more then usual. I'm charging now and then I'll see how fast it actually drains, im just not used to it draining so fast at idle.
I was also traveling the past month and just got home a couple days ago. So I havent paid too much attention to it.

Yes I realize what you are saying, but I'm saying its not what I am used to. My phone was usually good at idle, but lately it is not.

I noticed that too... I usually don't even look at my battery stats... Just my percentage drop per hour.

It really doesn't matter what the stats say unless your battery is draining extremely fast... If its only dropping 0-2% when not in use I wouldn't worry... Now if your using it and have brightness all the way up, wifi on when not connected, low signal, etc. These are all going to factor in and suck your battery life...
