Check under: Settings -> Accounts & sync -> V-cast Media Manager. You'll notice that there are three boxes for Media - Music, Pictures, Videos. Uncheck all the boxes.
Verizon has set up the phone to basically steal all your Media and back it up to their cloud (V-Crap Media Manager), without your permission. So, at this point, copies of your media are probably saved to Verizon's cloud. Same thing happened to me and I was furious to find out that, without my permission, pictures of my family and loved ones were now saved in the cloud. I had to log in and erase everything as I don't want Verizon to have copies of all my media. You can't remove the account like you can with e-mail accounts, but you can disable all the media it syncs.
I usually power down my phone at night so it took a while for this to happen to me. I forgot to power down/turn off one night and when I woke up my battery was almost dead and I had a similiar message to the one you recieved. After I found the V-Crap Media Manager under Accounts & sync I realized that it was automatically set to sync and backup every night.
It's the only thing I hate about this phone. I find it unbelievable that Verizon would automatically set my phone to download my personal stuff to their website...I consider it stealing. I posted about this before and everyone who respnded said they unchecked the media boxes that they remained unchecked. Well, mine DO NOT. I checked again this morning after reading your post and they were all checked again, even though I've turned them off like five times. So, make sure if you are not turning your phone off at night when V-Crap syncs, that you periodically check to make sure the media boxes are not selected...unless you want your media backed up to Verizon's website.
