Root MikG 2.61 vs 3.0

I currently have MikG 2.61 ROM with Anthrax009 Kernel. Would I gain anything by updating to MikG 3.0 OR should I await an ICS ROM??? Your thoughts??

RXpert, I would politely disagree. After tasting the tweaks in the Sense 3.5 roms, and even in TommyTomatoes Sense 1.0, I couldn't go back.
I love those little things here and there to really make it my own. More control is always good in my book.

Flash MikG 3.0. If you like 2.61 you'll love 3.0.

MikG 3.0 is based on 2.61 with ALOT of added tweaks. I am sure that Mik did some final changes to the base rom that improved it(as always seems to be the case). I would give 3.0 a shot and see what the tweaks are all about. He is planning to add more as far as I know.

did you try a custom kernel? not all roms will have an affect on battery life. getting a kernel and the right setcpu setup will help.

Ive been running 3.0 for some time, Anthrax kernel 004, and a couple of the freedom kernels, pretty happy with anthrax though, but after messing with the "Tweaks" I tweaked the phone pretty good, I disabled boot animations and a couple other things, rebooted, went into a bootloop, pulled battery, back to recovery, cleared cache, and delvik, it booted, but the apps in my drawer kept randomly scrolling, it was freaking out, and all of my widgets and Icons just had a generic box that said problem loading? Had to nandroid, guess maybe you should experiment with those tweaks 1 at a time, and thank Tim Tebow for nandroids!
