yeah and my phone says fastboot skipping @2315 (bad Block) cannot erase @2315 (bad block?)

As mentioned by Alex. He already did try it.. Are you on stock or on kelsomod?? Because I remember being in fast boot but still being able to enter recovery to flash a new rom which then fixed it.

Yep maybe i should read before typing sometimes, A.D.D kicks in and i go type happy. Lol

download fastboot and unzip to c:\fastboot, download GNM recovery, copy image file to c:\fastboot, make sure you have all the android drivers for the phone installed, then connect your phone, open your device manager and look to see if its showing up as a fastboot device, if so then open command prompt, navigate to c:\fastboot and run this command:

fastboot flash recovery yourrecovery.img

make sure you change the yourrecovery.img to the actual case sensitive name of the recovery image, something like GNM-optm-somethingsomething.img

this will flash a recovery image to your phone, you can then enter recovery and either restore a backup you made or flash a new rom hope this helps

like tripdoc said make sure you put it on c:\fastboot and rename it correctly. its an important step trust me i've been there lol

but is your computer an xp or windows 7? because it only works on windows 7, when i tried it on my xp it wouldnt install the drivers right and when i did it on my windows 7 it took me less than 5 min
