Root Super User on GB 2.3.4 with HTCH's boot unlocker

This may be old hat to some, but you can install Super User and Titanium Backup after using HTC's boot unlocker without downgrading from GB 2.3.4 and hboot .98.

The steps are in this link:
[GUIDE] Noob's Guide #6: I just HTC Unlocked, what now? - xda-developers

For a complete noob like me this was all very easy to follow. However, there were a few things in HTC's guide that were not exactly how they said it would be, but if I can figure it out, you can too.

Two things about AgalychnisCallidryas' post: since you go through the Android-sdk in HTC's boot unlock steps you can ignore that part, and his link to Super User gives you an older version. If you follow is link, but click on Home before the download starts you can get to the latest version.

I don't know whether this is considered fully rooted, but at least you can install Super User and Titanium Backup and get rid of all the bloatware.

I haven't tried flashing any new ROM's yet.
