Cyan 3.4.1

This am I updated to 3.4.1 and just about everything was force closing. I also had Hero 1.3.5 installed. Did a wipe and it still loads Hero, I log into Google and then I just get a blank screen. I would like to go back to 3.4 but it says it isn't signed and aborts. I tried to reaply Hero and that didn't work either. When I hit the Home button it says no recent programs. Even tried with a fresh SD card, nothing. Any help will be appreciated.

try stepping back down to an older build like rc33...

Thanks, once I finally got my wits back, I just reapplied Cyan 3.4.1 then Hero 1.3.5. Put my apps back and all is well. Before the problem didn't have tine for Nandroid, I will this time.
