Any of you like Live Walls? Adryn compiled this for 4.0.3 and a little further down in the thread made one for 4.0.2. It's the rotating galaxy and is as smooth as butter (just like phase beam)!

Nice find, thanks! I love live wallpapers but wasn't happy that it seems most of them lag the phone. I feel like it shouldn't because it's a dual-core phone, the latest OS, tons of RAM, etc. Phase Beam was the only one that didn't lag. I'll try this out, thanks again!

So now I guess I will have to watch solo. :(
Watching solo is fine, but you'll also want to watch chewie, luke, r2d2 and leia as well. ;)

Despite not being a fan in the past for online games like Travian, I admit I got hooked on this one. It's the first game I actually gave in to on the in-app purchasing. The devs got $10 out of me so that I could have more "mojo" (I didn't want to feel inadequate like Austin Powers)!

On a side note, the extended battery is doing amazingly well considering the added screen time I've had this week -- still getting through a full day without a 2nd charge.

Apple is now suing Samsung over the Galaxy Nexus and slide to unlock.
That makes no sense. The unlock feature is part of the Android system; not the hardware. And to be honest, I thought that was the whole reason Google changed the lock in ICS from the "slide" method in GB to a "wheel" with options on the circumference.

Preach on. You'll have to ask Apple about that one. I just wish they would stop with all the damn lawsuits.

Actually I wish people would start noticing all the bellyaching they do and stop buying all their crap. <-----that is a dream of mine.

And on the Star Wars note - watch for stuff coming out from Pepsi. They are doing some packaging for the 3D movie coming out.

I DO wish Uncle George would stop it and leave his movies alone. Do what you will, but I will not pay good money to go watch a 3D version of a movie that was shot in 2D... heck, my TV has a 3D mode that simulates the same thing and saves me a whole bunch of theater money.

Blu-Ray collection is where I stop, methinks.

YES!

WARNING to BB: Spoiler Alert!

And I did not notice until last week's SW Marathon - at the very end of Episode VI, remember the scene where the "ghosts" of Obi Wan, Yoda and Darth Vader (in white robes, since he finally turned to the good side of the Force in his death scene) join the victory party? Darth Vader in the white robes was played by some actor in the original release of Episode VI. BUT in this apparently "updated" version, the Darth Vader in white robes was digitally replaced with Hayden Christensen! who probably wasn't born when Episode VI was first released. [I'd post a screen grab if I could but MegaUpload is apparently down :p ]

Talk about fiddling around with history and film integrity.

That was first done in the DVD release, way back in 2004. I remember there being a lot of uproar about it.

If I rent the movies am I going to get the original versions or the new ones? I wanna see them in original form. And you're all too damn far for me to come borrow them. (Or your wife/girlfriend might take offense to an unknown woman showing up)
Damn internet, let's me make great friends that I can't meet. :p

The ORIGINAL versions (aka Han shoots first) are sealed in Uncle George's vault and likely will never be released... at least not until he's long gone. Then his kids may release the original theatrical releases AGAIN - just to milk more money out of it.

I am fortunate enough to have converted the original versions that came out on laserdisc (LONG time ago) to DVD. I must admit: the newer versions are much cleaner, brighter, and admittedly enhanced. There are more positives than negatives, IMHO. So don't fear watching the version you have, BB. The epic story arc doesn't change :)

And once you watch Episodes 1 - VI in ORDER, it kind of makes sense to have Hayden at the ending. No more spoilers, though.

Thanks. I'm not too worried about spoilers. Now I have to see if the library has them.

I can send you the vhs copies I have that I bought from a video store that was closing down. They are old. Nothing done to them except stereo or THX sound? The sound is a little messed up on them but that makes them even better. You gotta send them back though!

I was a moderator on a forum once and a bunch of us met up in the Philly area and went up to NYC. Good time. One guy from Cali. 2 girls from KY. 2 guys from Jersey and 1 from near Philly. And me in central PA.

I'd love to do something like that. It would be so fun to actually meet the people I've spent so much time conversing with over the last couple months
