Nokia WH-701 Headsets for Galaxy Ace

Hi guys, i am new to the forum and having a good time with my first android. Just upgraded to the latest firmware, although having problems restoring the contacts the way they were in the first place .

Anyways, i am a music lover and often listen to music while travelling so i wanted to buy some good peace of in-ear earphones with media controls for my Samsung Galaxy Ace. I just wanted to inquire whether the Nokia WH-701 headsets (the ones that come with N8) work with my mobile?

Right now i have simple samsung headsets with a single push button with which i can just pause/play the media player. I want most of the media handling features in the headsets.

use any headset but just keep in mind that the pin shud ve three stripes... as it is necessary for 5.1 or else it could cause probs... avoid two or four stripped ones...

Do the media controlling functions (like prev/next, vol +/-,etc.) work? Thats what i m really interested in.

I'm not sure about that since my Nokia headphones doesn't have those features..

I have a WH-701 hearphones, it cant work with the galaxy ace, when i plug it in, all i hear is noise, thats because the circuit in the controller is very different from the samsung headset.

Technical explanation: it produces the same sound like you were using an earphone with the ground or negative wire broken.
