for the past month now i been noticing that my touch screen will not respond... i restart it and it works.. then a week later does the same thing.. takes multiple restarts... time to throw this phone out? or do what?
Warranty is good for one year from when you bought it. They may even be able to fix it at a sprint store. I would suggest bringing it in and talking to someone.
kinda want to delete some pictures 1st if u know what i mean before i do that lol.. but of course i cant.. trying to usb it to computer doesnt even work
so in case i have to get a new phone i should move my contacts and some apps to my sd card so when i get a new phone i can just put it in and restore my stuff right??
sprint is such a fing joke... even though i have a warranty on the phone i still have to pay $55 if i want a replacement phone the next day instead of waiting 2 weeks for the new phone from htc.. wow they couldnt even transfer my contacts... and the phone is on back order so i have to wait a week anyway... no wonder why the stock is horrible

I've been dealing with this among a few other issues (basically my 3 month old phone is posessed). The so-called "warranty" is a big fat lie. It's held by HTC. If you want to get your phone fixed or replaced via warranty, you have to go through them, and be without a phone for about 3 weeks. Sprint won't honor the warranty- they are charging me $38 to replace the touchscreen. $38 isn't the end of the world, but I'm REALLY aggravated about paying anything for a 3 month old phone that is supposedly under warranty. I was with T-Mobile for many years prior to this and they always honored the mfg warranty. I'm steaming.
