Hi all,
I have been following up the post from Cyberlite (SOS Android.frhttp://androidforums.com/samsung-i7500/48200-i7500xxjb6-out-france.html , who was kind enough to inform us of another version of 1.6. Some say it is not a new firmware I am no expert so will not comment on this but as Cyberlite seems to indicate that "being in the know" that it is, on this
I installed JB6 this morning and so far can say that it is still a little bit sluggish but for me the big difference is battery life. With JB2 halfway through the day I would be at 57 % but on JB6 its 89% with 3G auto sinc and background running.
I know it's a bit early to jump to conclutions but for the moment it's quite promissing :) will keep you informed here as to bugs etc...
PS was there a "Battery use" in "About phone" in "settings" before on JB2 I can not remember ?

Sorry forget this post ,I had a glimmer of hope that Samsung might have been doing somthing right .... not so at the end of the day the battery meter is bugged just like the rest of of there firmware (showed 89%at the end of 12hrs of use, after installing spare parts it was actually 52%). I apologize to you all  I will just sit back and wait for the gaosp team to finish 2.1. I am not buying a Samsung phone again !

I flashed this firmware, as it said on the website, because i thought it could fix my gps problem(i couldn't get a gps signal, not even a single satellite).
But now my phone i stuck restarting for about an hour:mad:, is this normal.
Is there a way to get my phone back to its old self :(.

Sorry for my english its not my native language.
