Root [ROM][PORT][ALPHA] MIUIv4 ICS Port | Weekly Update: 2.6.1 | Version: 0.9.0

Dangit Austrie, I just made the move from MIUI 1.11.25 to CM9! Lol. I've been finding CM9 to be quite a bit faster than MIUI 1.11.25 was, but MIUI is much more graphic intensive so that only makes sense. However, I'll definitely take the performance hit to switch to MIUI 4.0 once it's stable enough for everyday use since I love MIUI so hard. Once again, as with your kernel, great work Austrie! I look forward to watching this ROM develop :D

Uploading V2.8 to show you guys what is somewhat stable right now,

Note: The circle/cursor is where the phone thinks your finger is. When the circle is blue with a medium amount gray shading inside, that is when the touchscreen thinks you are pressing the screen. When the circle have more gray than blue, that's when touchscreen thinks you're holding/selecting on the screen.

Yeah, it seems like I missed a binary file that was included in my tested V0.2.8; but no matter this is still a WIP so it isn't meant to be used as a daily, only as a preview and testing. On the side-note, I figured out how Isaac applied fixes from CM7 to MIUI GB now.

Awesome, so does that mean. Possible radio / data MIGHT be easier to fux

ohh I see,So this means that this is a port from MIUI rather than a port from galnet MIUI
Because on the official website for MIUI it says that they are still only distributing MIUI based on 2.3

My understanding is that its a port from another phone from another phone which has an offical miui 4.0 rom......
Edit: on another note.... austrie my phone was acting incredibly weird after flashing 0.2.8 then flashing back to previous rom. I could barely use wifi and couldnt send sms? I tried twice even restoring a back up. I had to flash back to stock and reactivate my phone and its working now... just strange thought you should know since ive never had that happen

Not to get this thread side tracked, but I have to hold constant downward pressure on the charger/charger port so the phone can charge. Right now I have the phone plugged in on my bed, the handle(the part you hold when you're plugging in the phone) on a bottle of grease, and a heavy book on the phone. So the book is adding pressure on the phone making the phone want to fall/lay-down, while the only thing holding the phone up is the plugged-in-charger/grease, directing the pressure to the charger port.
