Do you have a lot of apps or widgets like Facebook, Twitter, Weather apps, Sports Tap, etc.? The update interval of those apps will slow down your phone because of the multiple internet connections needed and basic processing. Make sure those interval times are from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the importance of them to you.

Also I know that you are using advanced task killer, I just don't remember if it allows you to see a list of apps that are running that you can kill on your own, I believe it does, so I would use that too and not depend on the auto task killer. I use "Taskiller" and I'm able to keep my phone pretty spunky because I can definitely tell when too many apps are running and the widget allows me to kill them all, or the actual app allows me to select which ones to kill.

Also a simple reboot can be all that you need sometimes. Try all of this and report back.

Thanks guys, i did delete most of my apps throughout the day because it was irritating me so much, especially when i saw my battery just draining away for no reason, but i did do the battery pull, it still goin pretty slow. I can see it when im switching pages on my home screen. Im thinking about doing a factory reset. You think that would be best?

Yeah I'd give that a try, I think everyone needs to give their phone a reset every once in awhile, its like a car wash, its just a nice thing to do. Except car washes don't make your car run faster while resets do. Anyway, you get the point, do it.
