Root Unroot Samsung Exhibit II 4g help

Could someone point me in the right direction. I have a TMo Exhibit II 4g I successfully rooted and removed some of the bloat but I guess I removed one to many things. It still works for the most part. (Background on my situation) I bought this because I couldn't get signal inside my home outside yes not inside so I wanted it for the wifi. Worked great to begin with till I rooted. Now I am having problems with people hearing me its like I am back to the signal strength problem I have 3 to 4 bars on wifi none on Tmo bars and I have to walk around to find a spot for people to hear me I hear them just fine. I am guessing I took the wrong thing out. I have looked at 100's of pages trying to figure where I went wrong nothing and when I try to find out how to unroot I can't find everything I need just parts. I did not back up my phone before I rooted (I know Idiot) Is there somewhere I can download and reinstall to factory? Is this what they call ROM if so would I be better off installing something like Peach sunrise would that help? Please explain a ROM if not, also will I need or can use Odin to install this stuff? Any help will be grateful! Thanks

see these instructions:

the link in that thread is dead, so here's a link to the same file in my dropbox (I'll leave it up for a day or so):

Dropbox - SGH-T679.zip - Simplify your life

That worked great and its back to normal I'll see over the next few days if the sound problem is fixed. Any suggestions on a app to help remove and somewhere to see which I should remove? I saw some said titanium was good for removing or is that for backing up?
Thanks ever so much.

There are a lot of apps that will help freeze bloat. Titanium Backup does as well, and, imho, does it in the most efficient way. It's pretty much an essential app for any rooted user in my mind b/c it does so much.

Unroot the phone and go back to factory reset:
Apparently people bricked there phone trying to launch factory reset without unrooting first. I cannot confirm the following procedure works (found on xda forum), I did not do it !
1) Uninstall terminal (with titanium backup ?)
2) remove /system/app/superuser.apk (using ES file explorer if the root mode has been activated or root explorer for example)
(2'. Remove titanium backup if you have it ?)
3. settings> privacy> factory data reset (this will erase everything ! You need a good reason to do this !)

Alternative procedure (tested successfully by R0VeRT on XDA forum. Do not use both methods !)
[HOW-TO] Root Phones w/ Android v2.2.x-2.3.x (zergRush Method) - Page 15 - xda-developers

Other untested (as far as I know) methods, there is also unroot ginger, root uninstall and probably other apps on the market (read the reviews ! try to google the app name before trying...)

Nilpotent has given instructions on how to unroot in the "how to root" thread... Here's his quote
