I just learned of this phone and instead of possibly heading to VZW in the next day or 2, might as well wait and see if this comes out

FYI i have a transformer prime, and the 5th core was fantastic for battery power. Especially on standby, it would literally go forever. On GB with "light" usage i clocked 124hrs uptime i think

Anyhow ... the bad news is that the device itself didnt run as smoothly as it did once we got ICS, and it was said because ICS plays nicer with the 5 cores.

I hope this will not doom this phone, being stuck on GB.

Yi yi yi. The screen is going to be really nice. Might not be amoled but it seems like you're over-reacting a bit. How much nicer do you need a screen?

SD Card *snore* i want to load it up with files from 1974 so on the off chance i can listen to that one song..once.

Can't wait for this phone. Please come on Verizon.

LCD sucks dude i got one in my Evo 3D and had one in my Evo 4G, and also had one in my HTC Touch Diamond and one in my HTC touch before. Point is its old tech!

You may be merry with 16-32gb of storage. I like to flash custom roms and being able to do nand back ups to sd is important to me in case of hardware failure.

I will probably stick with HTC because of their solid feeling phones and good build quality. But my dream would be a HTC quadcore vanilla nexus android phone with a 4.5 super amoled plus screen running jellybean and 2 gigs of ram and of course micro sd slot. I hope google doesnt go with samsung yet again ugghh. I hate samsung's plasticy cheap feeling phones. But love their screens. Untill then im sticking with my evo3d and its washed out super lcd screen. Who knows if motorola starts bringing out nicer looking designs or even LG. I may switch, or whoever gives me a unibody brushed aluminum chasis with a removable battery and the above specs i would be in phone heaven!
