Here ya go folks, GingerEsteem Extreme II built from ZVC!!! It has been debloated, deodexed, and tweaked for better performance and speed.

GingerSteem Extreme II w/ Plague Kernel What is this? This is a lightweight ROM built both for speed and stability. This ROM is based off of the LG's ZVC update to Gingerbread. It is fully deodexed, and debloated.

How do I install this?

• 1.) Download the .zip & copy to phone or sdcard (make sure 4g or wifi is enabled if dl'd from phone).
• 2.) Zip can be installed from either internal or external sd in CWM
• 3.) MAKE A BACKUP
• 4.) WIPE DATA!!! WIPE CACHE!!! WIPE DALVIK!!!
• 5.) Go to install zip from sdcard
• 6.) Select GSE-C-vx_signed.zip
• 7.) Reboot

updated googlequicksearch and vendor apk's, default wallpaper changed out, and umm wifi icon.

I want to add boot options but not had any luck adding em myself yet lol

I flashed KaneOfMars ICS theme yesterday n didnt see any issues while I had it on the phone.

Think I am gonna do my own thing to this one. I kinda like how it looks atm. Like to get rid of the stock lockscreen, make the notification dropdown transparent and a few other things.

Just got done adding the sio scheduler and the sd read tweak to the kernel.

Still trying to find an app that does voltage control as I added it too, but it needs testing b4 I can say it actually works.

Oh well still mite do it lol I think alot of ppl are gonna want to work with zvc so I had alot fun with zvb and if nobody really come out with stuff I know how to down grade so ill update nd flash the rom

no screenshots yet, but yea except for the default wallpaper and the wifi icon.

PG i downloaded tge ROM and I'm having problems installing any apps. Is this ROM only for zvc

did you wipe data/factory reset and dalvik cache?

I've not had any issues installing apps.

Hi PG i updated n flashed ROM having trouble when downloading app from market it start when almost done downloading it reboots

first you need to dl the AIO n run it from your pc to root n install CWM. Then dl the ROM either from your pc (best way) n copy to your sdcard or dl it from your phone n then reboot to CWM n install zip from sdcard.

Just did a factory reset and still havjng the same problem it might be because I'm flashing it over zvb instead of zvc

the All-in-One root n recovery. If youre rooted then you just need to install rom manager n flash CWM, dl the rom etc.
