Picts of my, mytouch.

haha, I love getting phones before the American's! Magic is dated now for us in the UK and to be honest, it never really took off. Viva la Hero! I'll let you know what the Hero is like, so you can buy it in 2010.

What are you talking about? =/

The HTC Magic has been out in the UK for a while now...it's on its way to the US.

And the US won't have to wait that long after us for the HTC Hero either, if the dates that have been given are correct...

What exactly did you accomplish by saying this. If 5 months means a phone is dated and you switch phones like that i need to buy stock in whatever phones you buy...

regardless if the phone is dated or not its a nice add-on to the android platform here in the states..

The magic is currently spec to have 512M of ROM over the G1's 256M.
For non-rooted phones, that is double the space for Apps.

However, I personally think that is not enough even with the ability to use SD cards.

The myTouch as a nicer profile than then G1 -- not only is it prettier, but it will fit in my front pocket easier.

Otherwise, same CPU, RAM and Screen.

Actually, the G1 has approx. 74mb for apps/cache, while the myTouch/Magic has approx. 288mb for apps/cache.

That's nearly 4x the amount of space for apps on the mTG3 as on the G1.

(The reason has to do with the fact that out of the 256mb and 512mb, you have to take out memory for the operating system, and it's basically the same amount from both. So, if it's, let's say, 180mb for the OS, 256-180=76mb remaining. 512-180=332, but for some reason, you're only left with approx. 288mb on the myTouch/Magic)
