Is there a setting that needs to be changed in order to prevent the browser from starting from the home page every time I go on line?

I am currently using the stock browser and every time I exit the browser, it starts from the home page and doesn't remember where I left off the next time I open it if I let a few minutes pass. I don't shut the browser off, I just exit out by hitting the home button.

This is annoying because I like to continue where I left off the next time I go online.

Yeah I just saw a few threads down someone else had the same question.

Maybe the browser resets to save battery life. I had the Dolphin Browser but I uninstalled it because it seemed like it was using up too much battery power. I could live with the stock browser's slowness and lack of features, but not the "start from home page" feature. I will reinstall the Dolphin HD.

Dolphin browser has so many cool features, but yeah, the performance isn't commendable. I've installed Opera Mini alongside with Dolphin. Opera is super fast and lightweight, even though it doesn't boast of a lot of features. One thing I love about Opera Mini is letting you choose the image quality of the pages. (Low quality == faster loading and less bandwidth)
