Help MyBackup questions

I'm going to do the Samsung Moment, but going to use MyBackup to back up my settings.

A few questions:

1. does it back up the call log?
2. does it back up SMS?
3. does it back up Google Chat content?
4. does it back up all apps? I have apps that I want restored but not to the latest version that's on the marketplace.
5. Do I need to buy the MyBackup Pro version, or is the free version sufficient for helping me through the Samsung Moment upgrade process and get my settings / content back the way it was?

2) Yes
4) NO! Some apps have 'protected' status and will not back up. Like aCar, you will lose all of the data you put into those apps and you will be forced to get the sh**y new versions in the market. Also keep in mind that restored apps will not appear in your market list, so will will never know if they are eligible for updates.
5) If I recall correctly, the free version is a 30 day trial with all of the bells and whistles... I also believe I remember that the restore will also replace your home screen back to its previous state.

I don't remember if it backed-up my call log or not and I didn't have Google Chat. I'd have to say it backed up at least 90% of my apps. It's a pretty good app, no complaint here.

4. all non-protected apps install apk file yes. (but the data\settings of the ones that integrate with it). And the version that you backed up, is what is placed back on the phone. If the same Gmail account is used, they will show in your market for update notifications.

5. Not if the restore is going from\to the same device. Pro will let you do it across 2 phones.

I had to download the free version of MyBackup as it was not listed in my downloads in market options... Has this happened to you before? I sent the company an email to explain my prerogative... I according to the specs have 45 days of free backups even tho I paid for it. I still have a receipt...
