Help Set standard home app as default?

So I started experimenting with different home launchers. I have the Home Switcher for Froyo app, which works great. I can switch to the standard home launcher my phone (Droid X2) came with using Froyo just fine. However, I can't set the standard launcher app as the default for some reason. I followed the directions Froyo gave, but it only allows the special launcher apps I downloaded as options to be the default. Any idea on how to fix this? Because right now, the only way for me to get it back to being the standard as default is to uninstall the other launchers.

Head to Settings -> Applications -> All -> Launcher Name then select "Clear Default". Do that for all your launchers.

Once done, press the home button and it should prompt you to select the launcher you want to use as your default.

Yeah, I tried that, but when the prompt comes up, the original launcher my phone came with doesn't come up as an option. Only the ones I've downloaded.

Are you sure it's still installed? Can you run it from your app drawer? Have you tried uninstalling the Home Switcher? Maybe a different home switcher?

Other home switchers seem to be doing the same thing. The only way I can access the original home version is through a switcher, and no matter which I'm using, I just can't seem to set it as the default. It doesn't show up in the app drawer like the rest of my apps, but I can see it when I go to the application manager in Settings. I think if there were some way to put it with the rest of my apps, it would show up on the list when the prompt asks me to set a default. Do you know of any way to do that?
