Help facing error 497 in my android ace

Hi guys, as i am new to android and to this forum ,i will be glad to to be helped.
i bought my galaxy ace a few days back. Since then i am unable to download and install apps from the marketplace (now google play) . It starts downloading and after a few seconds give an "ERROR 497" message. I am vry dissappointed as m not able to get even very basic apps like facebook, antiviruses, etc. Please help me out .... Those errors come and go with the Android Market, as it can be unstable from time to time. At the present time were seeing even more reports of error codes because of the Android Market change over to "Google Play," which involves amalgamating data from Gmail for each user.

I got same message while downloading from samsung apps....
Its really frustrating as message comes after 99% download is completed...
