I called VM had to speak to a supervisor the regular person tried to give me a runaround with troubleshooting. I had the issues of no signal and phone randomly shutting off. Supervisor said they will send out a replacement sent me back to the other call center rep, who told me that they will only send the phone front I have to keep everything else and would take 3 to 5 days. It was overnighted and was brand new phone in a box with everything in it. So I now have two batteries however if I put the battery from the first one in the phone will randomly shut off. Very interesting. Sorry about rambling first post but love the new phone I now have 3 to 4 bars signal strength
