Help messaging issue

Recently I've been having an issue sending/receiving text messages. When I text my girlfriend (she has sprint iphone 4s) she sometimes doesn't receive my messages. There was even a day where she was not able to receive any of my messages, but I was still able to receive messages from her.... this has also happened to me when texting metroPCS phones, people don't receive my messages sometimes. It is not the messaging app because I used the stock app and had the problem, switched to Go SMS pro and still have issues. I updated the prl to see if that has anything to do with it but it doesnt....... idk, could it be the ROM i'm using? im using the ics themed rom from idrifta

like 3 or 4 days ago. but it didn't change, it still 3026. I called *228 to see if they had a new one....... but nah.

prl it tells your phone what towers to use. It should increase your signal a bit,
