I have a flashed htc incredible to metro pcs and was wondering what's the newest prl file i can get for it and how to install it i have 2004 prl version. Can my phone get 3g after the prl update ?

You should be able to follow this guide:

Updating the PRL isn't really phone specific, so those instructions should work for you.

I wouldn't try the *228 method, but in theory it should work. Worst case scenario, you would just have to flash the phone back to metro.
