the mmx is originally known as gionee gn105 . Which is mmx a75's OEM . Not that fly ones . Fly is also rebrand of gionee one !

I believe that mmx will be rebranding mediatek phones and so after we will also see ics phones whith a new chipset i.e mtk6575 . "i think it will be damm cheap"

Well if you see the update zips of both the devices, you can sure see the Gionee stuff prevalent
hence it was well known it is from Some gionee but not the exact mode !!

This one is still not yet 100% compatible with A75 ! wait a while ! let me break in
