I wouldn't underestimate the games we have on Android. We are constantly getting more and more. I don't understand how you can call MC3, Shadowgun, GTA III, Riptide GP, or Shine Runner outdated. Yes iOS does have quite a few more games, but Android is starting to catch up.
GTA III is no longer in the play store
GTA III is no longer in the play store, and all the others are paid so ive never tried them. I just used to finding a good game on apple app store and 90% of the time its free or .99cents
GTA III is still showing in the Play Store on my Galaxy Note and Nexus S, even when logged into a different Google account. Also, you basically just explained why Android doesn't have as many quality games. If you want quality games you have to pay for them, several developers stay away from the Play Store since Android users are referred to as being "cheapskates". If the developers can't make money off of their games, why would they even want to develop for this OS?
If more people paid for apps we would see a lot more of them. I'm one of the few people that would spend $20 on a console quality game. I only paid $5 for Shadowgun and after playing it, I still think that price is a steal. I don't understand why people are so willing to spend $60 for an Xbox game, but spending $5 for a lengthy, high quality mobile game is way too much.
I agree, Apple does have better games. But Apple's app store are most games, they don't have as much as useful or productive apps as we do.
But.. doesn't matter, I still stay with Android

Some new evidence to dispute android users as being cheapskates:
Android gamers not cheapskates after all, according to Humble Bundle data
Its not about the evidence, its about the impression on the developers.

Not true. When they develop for Android they have to make a version for 2.2, 2.3, Honeycomb, and ICS.
You can't be serious. Productive Apps?
iOS has better selection of productivity apps as well - Office Suite, Annotations tools, CAD, Medical, PDF, Workflow, connectivity.
And also content creation apps... Garage Band, iMovie, iPhoto. Nothing even comparable on Android to those 3 apps. iPhone has better video editing apps, Photo, camera and music apps.
