Brand new to droids

Just bought a Motorola Devour w/Verizon and am having incredible trouble getting my Outlook to sync with Gmail which will then sync with my Devour. Saw some postings on a Gmail blog about my very problem which led me to KiGoo, Soocial and gSyncit. Did further google searches to get reviews of these 3rd party applications which led me to you. I'm not too tech saavy so I am taking soooo much time to get my bearings and figure out the best way to proceed. Hoping to save precious time with your forum. Thanks for organizing and maintaining it.
