setting the Wi-Fi sleep policy to when plugged in only or screen off doesn't seem to do anything because it always stays on (CPU spy). I tried rebooting but that didn't help. Am I missing something or does that feature not work?

Wow,since ive had my triumph,i put cm7 reloaded by whysor. But now since ive had MIUI 1.11.25,I love it. I put the speeddemon kernal on it,and it runs quicker and better. Im wondering if there could be an update to this,or not. My other phone,Optimus V was sweet but,the triumph is better with this rom. Thanks.

You will need to manually turn off wifi and bluetooth if you want your phone to deep sleep in MIUI. Either of those two being on will hold a wake lock. The reason is that if they don't hold a wakelock and they were on, a number of MT's would go into SOD requiring a battery pull to wake again. So the wakelock was a hack that TG put in last year to stop that.

Is this still the latest MIUI version ROM available for the MT? I remember someone had an updated version with some bugs but few i think.. I would really like to have the SMS count fixed for the lockscreen since that's a bug this version has.

I don't think there's been any newer version of miui that has everything working. As far as I can tell, the newer versions don't have 3g/data working.

GAPPS is included in this MIUI ROM. DO NOT flash any other GAPPS, it can cause problems.

I don't even get that option. I tried mounting straight from the settings but still nothing. computer just displays that the USB storage was not found every time I plug it in.

ive been on the new miui v4 since 9 a.m. and ive had 1 reboot, and im not overclocked, so i call it random. BUT once camera and flashlight are up and running...oh my, its a wicked wicked rom

Hey guys. I just uploaded pics taken from my MIUI Triumph and saw that the date on all the photos is Dec 2002. Anybody know if there is there a setting to fix this?

When I went to the file to download the zip for installation I saw the meta-inf/ folder and the system/ folder but there was nothing to install. the boot/ disc image file was not showing or whatever is supposed to be showing to do the last installation on the phone.

I think I saw somewhere that there is a newer MIUI 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich version for the Triumph now. I'm not sure if it's something you created. But if so, I'm trying to find any links/threads of where to download it and any other apps I would need for it and how to install it. Also, do you know if it is as stable as this version of MIUI 1.11.25 I've been using?

Thanks so much again! I love trying out various operating systems for my Triumph. I tried a few before I tried your MIUI, and I love it the best, but am curious about the 4.0 MIUI version. Thank you again, you're very creative & genius!

Love the ROM, great work! I'm having a small problem with two things... First, I can't change the notification ringtone. No matter what I choose, it plays the default MIUI notification tone. Second, 1x data does NOT work at all. I mean, I get the 1x graphic and it will show that is being accessed, but the webpage, etc. never updates until I get into a 3G area. Is there a fix/workaround for this? I've tried clearing the cache and dalvik cache (this allowed me to change the incoming call ringtone), but I still can't change the notification tone. help?

edit: Ok, I figured out the 1x data problem. I wiped everything and formatted system and now 1x data works.
As for the problem changing the notification tone, I found out its related to the theme. You have to edit the theme to change it, or it won't change. Jeez, I thought SOMEONE might offer a little help!

Issac did not make it but its super stable just make sure to follow all of the instructions in the OP. Camera and HDMI are the main problems so far.

I just flashed this ROM with the SpeedDemon kernel and gained 200 on my benchmark tests (see pics). I don't see me switching from this ROM anytime soon unless the camera issue is rectified for ICS. But, I do have one question, can I get the clock centered in the status bar? I don't know why, but I just like the clock centered.

I've been using this ROM for about a month, and this past week the alarm clock has been acting up. When an alarm goes off, it gives me the option to dismiss, but tapping this button does nothing, and the alarm continues, requiring a reboot to make it stop. Anybody have any idea as to the reason behind this?

Buzzcon... you want your click like this? You need "miui extended settings"... depending on your rom it may be installed already.. extended settings let's you mess with your carrier logo too.. (mine matches my android forums avatar lol)
