I see alot of new versions of modems. What is the newest version stable one and where can I get it?

ICS ????...FD05...Ive been runnin it for awhile...Instant GPS no connectivity problems so far...FD10 Leak is out...we'll see whats up today Im sure Calk will have sumthin soon...without a repacked kernel...Steady will take care of that...

FD05 is my current and working good, and FC24 was also a good one for me. You can use any modem with any android version apparently.

For sum phones yes...many different opinions from different users...All depends on location...cell tower location too...etc...

ugh...yea mine is a geographical issue...works fine elsewhere...just not within a 5 mile radius of my house

You can try different modems at any time ...
But I think EL29 was one of the best ...

Everybody has a different view and different results form different roms...

I don't know how I haven't tried Blazer until now...

I have tried various ICS leaks. CM9. AOKP. And various Gingerbread ROMs

Blazer 4.1, I am literally positive, is the best ROM ever on any phone ever made.

It's just amazing.

I flashed Calk's 5 by 5 app drawer/5 icon dock mod but that's the only change i'm going to make. (Found here: Mods)

Wow thats good to hear. I just flashed it last night. So far no problems. My first new ROM for E4GT, only took about an hour of reading and loading and it was up and running.

Yeah that was just a quote from XDA...Don't know where Id be without them...They are definitely the best IMHO...

I have tested a few out and i found FC15 to work best for me. I got better data speeds then stock EL29 and GPS works great.
Today i put FD10 modem on my device and will test it over the weekend.
Im also on a Stock Rooted EL29 ROM / Kernel if that helps.

Just flashed FD10 on my phone last night. Gonna test it out and see how it goes. I saw an improvement with FD05, so hopefully FD10 will be just as good if not better.

So far on FD10 I have got some stability issues with connection and speed that I didn't see on FD05

I flashed FD10 Saturday, and Sunday i noticed i had LOS while i was outdoors near down town dallas.
So i went back to FC15 shortly after that.
Today i decided to go back to my Evo 3D so no more testing for me until the official ICS comes out.

Fc15 works best for me as well so far. But with this phone seems like every phone and every area will dictate what's best for each.

Yeah me too...16 ran really smooth...scrolling was unreal...got decent 3g speeds and GPS instant...Hope 19 holds up as good...

Just flashed FD26 and so far so good. Slight speed increases. Good GPS results. Got it here.
