found this, and flashed it through CWM.

[TWEAK] Universal Adrenaline Shotv14-1 cache scroll tweak - xda-developers

seems to be working pretty well as far as i can tell.
im using the speed kernel as well as ld-lg 2.0 and the ICS responsiveness tweak.

i can definitely tell a difference in my opinion.

everything seems a lot more snappy!

Says to mount system before you flash! Sooo do that lol

Just a tip because I found out the hard way, if you have found a "speed tweak" and flashed it and find another one, make a back up before you flash the other one. I was bored one day and found like 7-8 different "flash in cwr speed tweaks" and would flash one mess with it for an hour flash another and so on and it had reverse effects and made my phone laggy and crappy battery life.

I think I found this one too but cant remember but even if i did I flashed a bunch of other ones so it probably defeated the purpose, but anyways I downloaded XIX (19) so lets see how it goes.

I didn't know which one was the newest one. Just looked like 14 was. And trust my my back ups stay stackin! Lol I will try 19. But people were having problems with the update binary. And someone was saying the fix was to put an update binary from something you've already flashed in CWM before. Idk

Too me, I think I see some differences with boot and and apps and just general snappyness.

EDIT: flashed XIX and yeah boot time is definitely faster by a lot. At least with me.

XIX flashed here, 10-15 sec off boot time, it seems like.
does seem to open apps faster, and switch back and forth with out that half a sec lag after a few min of messing around.

benchmark test w/ zvd speed kernel; 3291 @ 1024
edit;
plague kernel; 4369 @ 1804, on demand governer
though, it seems boot time was longer....

did you apply on boot? for me all the plaque kernal does to my phone is make it way more laggy, because the governors never stick or something.

loansj1 thanks for sharing this teak. I was very curious to try it right away as I want to stay away from OC as much as possible. So I read more than 60% of the 132pages trying to figure out what version is the best. I found that 14 is the newest as explained by the dev " When i was naming the tweaks the IX and XIX were not meant to be looked at as roman numerals and since people took them as that i stopped and went back to numbers like 12

i left XIX up because some people might enjoy those settings over version 12"

So I was waiting to read more feedback before I try it, so how is it working for you so far? thnx

Ok that makes sense now. Boot up time seems to be cut at at least more than half. Apps open quicker and all together smoother in my opinion. Didn't see much difference in
The variations of updates between XIX and 14. I tried 14 first though so I can't say for sure..

I get you on the overclocking. Does really no good for me.

I recommend this tweak even just for how short it takes for it to boot.

never apply on boot, well for me.
to make the governors stick, i use the sliders in rtb, and instead of pressing back, i hit home. stays at the governor for a bit. then again, i just use on demand :p

i wish i could take a screen shot of mine. i scored a 3660 after installing number 14. first time i ran it was a 2440. then i made a back up flashed number 14 then ran this out the gate and scored a 306x then i slapped my cpu to full and banged out the 3666

im running the original gingersteem extreme rom with the plague-zvd kernel and zvd firmware. i have the old school bluetooth fix installed. the numbers at the bottom was cpu 3617 mem 1410 i/o 10672 2d 840 3d 1759.

i have no clue if my phone is stable i ran it overclocked at 2015mhz with the ondemand governor

all in all id say 14 is a nice bump and it shows

cool deal. so far ive run several B roms and kernels. C roms and kernels. D roms and kernels. and ive mixed and matched the firm wares with them as well. to be honest i feel that the GSE1.5 with a zvd kernel and zvd firmware is pretty damn good combo. I just wish playful would give us the CM screen shot too. i personally think GSE1.0/1.5 is the best rom for the esteem

i found a nice app. screenshot ER so heres the proof i wasnt flinging numbers out there to people

edit crap. the photo didnt stick. it said the demenions need to be 750x750 where as this one is 480x800
