How do I go back to the market before play store, and keep it from updating? Play store is really screwy. It gives me so many error messages when I try to download an app. With previous versions it doesn't do it.

im not in any way shape or form an expert, but that sounds like you having data drop trouble and not problem with the market itself, just to try and get ya some more assistance, give out a lil more info maybe someone very much more knowledgeable then me will jump in lol

what rom do you have? if any (also if your are running a rom did u flash the gapps if it was needed?)

do you get errors or trouble loading internet pages at any point, or is it strictly with the market?

try loading up a bunch of different internet pages and see if you get connection error or connection unavailable or anything like that

Wipe data for play store and Google services framework and reboot.

after he reboots and such, at somepoint wont it try and reupdate to google play?

im curious now lol

cause on all the flashes ive done so far my market acts wierd until i get the google play update for it, that why i figured data drop

I was trying to address his issues, rather than his question.

You are correct, that downgrading to a market update would only be temporary.
