Help phone doesn't vibrate when receiving messages

1. my i9003 no longer vibrates when i receive messages/calls although i did specifically set its settings to vibrate mode.. (i'm using the stock messaging app)
this "no longer vibrating" problem started right after i uninstalled this battery saver app. :|

2. any way to fix phone lags? even when i text, it's soo lag. :|

2.3.5 rooted btw.. i have CWM and etc.

The lag is based on the ROM you have. I still have stock ROM and I don't really lag a lot.

i'm not on custom ROM.. i'm on stock ROM too.. so what i did was i flashed it to a new firmware and the restore all factory settings.. (i dunno which fixed it, it could be the flash or the restoring factory settings.. either way, my phone's working perfectly fine now thanks for the advice though..

to those who have the same problem as what i had.. you either have to
-flash it
or
-restore its factory settings
