Twitter application

It might not be the app, but the phone (as far as the updates..)

I use TweetCaster Pro, and the updates usually work, for the most part. It seems like if you dont use your phone for a certain amount of time, it cuts out the data, for what reason, who knows... Im using TweetCaster for the sole reason of the way the UI looks, i just love it. ^_^ They are workin on a widget, which im looking forward to.

I like Twidroid Pro but of course Tweetcaster came out soon after upgrading Twidroid. I have been using Tweetcaster Pro ever since. I just like the look and stability of it, and most importantly the size is like 2 GB less than Twidroid. I may switch back to Twidroid someday, but Tweetcaster is what I'm liking right now.

Why in the world would you pay for any Twitter app? I like Seesmic and Tweetcaster and go between them both.

Maybe you want additional features in and app you like that aren't available in the free model or you don't want to see ads?

While, I agree there are plenty of free Twitter apps that work perfectly well, there may be cases where you want to buy one for the above said reasons...or maybe to support the developers and their hard work. Supporting them monetarily will hopefully ensure that they continue to support their product with fixes and enhancements.

+1943543 After trying out all the above apps I really liked Touiteur the best. No ads and a great design/ layout. It was something like 3$. Though I was annoyed that my bank charged me 8 cents to convert the currency to pounds.

I got one of those currency conversions to because it was charged in pounds. It was small, just would have been nice to know it was hitting my card.
